Tommy Erbter is played by Tyler Rushton in Carrie (2013).
He is a 14 year old resident of Chamberlain, in which Carrie is the scapegoat. He deals with "Crappy Carrie" and attaches it to a tree. In a fit of rage, Carrie unknowingly uses her telekinesis to knock Tommy off his bike, when he was bullying her. In fear, Tommy gets back on his bike and quickly rides off.
